Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms cover how you may use the Lume Studios website. They are deliberately short (this is a place to learn about our work, not a shop), but please read them. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who runs this site
This website is operated by Lume Studios Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12609670, with its registered office in Farnham, England. You can reach us at ben@lumestudios.co.uk.
What this site is for
The site tells you about Lume Studios and the work we do. Everything on it is general information. It is not professional, technical, or consultancy advice, and it is not a binding offer.
Any actual work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that we would both sign. Nothing on this site creates a contract on its own.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and sensibly. In particular, please do not:
- use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically copy its content;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
- misuse the contact form (for example, by sending spam, malware, or someone else's details without their permission).
Our content
Everything on this site (the words, the design, the logo, and the branding) belongs to Lume Studios Consulting Ltd or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other rights.
You are welcome to read it and to share ordinary links to it, but please do not reproduce, republish, or reuse it without our permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link out to other websites (for example, LinkedIn), we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, or for what they do with your information. Their terms and privacy policies are their own.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be correct, complete, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site, or from relying on its general information.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. This version was last updated on 6 July 2026.
