Custom AI systems, built end to end.

When you already know the workflow, tool, or process you want to automate, we build it: properly scoped, priced, and delivered to fit. AI voice agents, custom dashboards, internal tools, and automation pipelines that replace manual, repetitive work.

"I know exactly what I want built. I just need someone to build it"

Some owners come to us mid-diagnosis. They don't need convincing that AI could help, and they don't need a review to find the opportunity. They've already spotted it. "Automate this admin task." "Build us a voice agent to handle calls." "Give us an internal tool instead of buying more software we half-use." What they need is someone who'll scope it properly, be honest about what's worth building, and actually deliver something the team uses rather than a demo that impresses once and gets abandoned.

That's what Custom AI Systems is: end-to-end builds for owners who already know the job.

What "custom" means here

It means we don't hand you a template. We build the specific workflow, tool, or process you want, from scoping through to a working system your team relies on. The four shapes it most often takes:

  • AI voice agents that handle calls: answering, routing, capturing the details, following up.
  • Custom dashboards that pull the numbers and signals you care about into one place.
  • Internal tools built for one job your team does often: the thing you'd otherwise buy generic software for and end up bending your process around.
  • Automation pipelines that replace manual, repetitive work with a process that runs itself end to end.

Each is scoped, priced, and delivered to fit, not bought off a shelf.

Who it's for, and when it isn't

This is the right path when you already know the specific job. You've identified the workflow, you can describe the outcome you want, and you're ready to have it built rather than explored. Owners who reach us here tend to move fastest, because the discovery work is half-done before we start.

This isn't for you if you're not yet sure where AI fits. In that case a custom build is putting the cart before the horse, and you'll get more from an AI Audit that finds the highest-return opportunities first. It's also not the right frame if what you actually want is an ongoing system running lots of your busywork rather than one focused build. That's AIOS. And we'll be honest in scoping: if the thing you've asked for isn't actually worth building, or a simpler approach would do, we'll tell you. We'd rather talk you out of a bad build than take the work.

How a build runs

Every custom build follows the same shape, so you always know what to expect. Discovery to pin down exactly what you want and how it needs to behave. Design to scope and price it, and agree it with you before anything gets built. No surprises. Build, where we ship in weeks, not quarters, and you see progress weekly; we bring in specialist help where a piece needs it. Then embed: we hand it over, train your team, and stay involved so it keeps working and improving after launch.

Because these builds connect to the tools you already use rather than replacing them, they slot into how your team already operates instead of adding another disconnected system.

What you get

A single, working system that does the job you came for: scoped to your business, built to fit your existing tools, handed over with your team trained on it, and supported afterwards. Not a proof of concept, not a licence to software you'll grow out of: something your team actually uses. And because we stay involved, the build can be extended as your needs grow rather than frozen at version one.

The kinds of build we're asked for

To make it concrete, custom builds we're commonly asked about include: a voice agent to field and route inbound calls; a pipeline that automates invoice processing or data entry from PDFs; an internal tool that replaces a spreadsheet-and-email process the team has outgrown; a dashboard that brings scattered numbers into one weekly view; and automations that turn a manual, multi-step admin task into something that runs itself. These are examples of the shape of work, not a fixed catalogue. The whole point of custom is that we build your specific job.

What it costs

No single figure. A custom build is priced to its scope. What moves the number: the complexity of what you're automating, how many people and systems it touches, how clean and accessible your data already is, and how much you want built now versus later. A tightly scoped automation of one clear process sits at the lower end; a larger system with several moving parts sits higher. We scope and price it up front and agree it with you before we build, so there are no surprises. If you're weighing a build against other priorities, the AI Audit is the low-commitment way to sense-check it first.

Common questions

The short version: we agree ownership and licensing with you in writing before the build starts, so it's clear and settled up front rather than assumed. What's fair and normal varies with the kind of build: a bespoke tool built for you is a different case from a system that leans on third-party AI models and platforms, which carry their own licensing. We'll set out plainly what you own, what's licensed, and what depends on ongoing third-party services, as part of scoping. And you'll have that in the agreement before anything is built.

That's expected, not an exception. Handover isn't the end of the relationship. We hand it over, train your team, and stay involved afterwards, so changes, fixes, and extensions are part of how we work rather than a fresh negotiation each time. Businesses change, and a good build should be able to change with them; that's why we stay on as your AI partner rather than disappearing at launch. How hands-on that ongoing support is depends on what you need, and we'll agree the shape of it with you rather than assume it.

We scope before we price, and we price before we build. The scope and the figure are agreed with you up front, so the build starts against a fixed, shared definition of done rather than a moving target. If the scope needs to change mid-build (it happens; businesses learn things once work is underway), we don't quietly absorb it or quietly bill for it: we come back to you, agree the change and any effect on the price openly, and only then carry on. For larger builds we can phase the delivery, so you get a working first piece to use and judge before committing to the rest. And part of scoping is honesty: if a simpler, cheaper approach would do the job, we'll say so.

Yes. Custom builds are designed to connect to the tools you already use rather than replace them, so slotting into your existing stack is the normal case, not a special request. Where a build needs specialist input, we bring in the right help rather than pretending to do everything ourselves. And if you have your own developers or IT people, we're happy to work alongside them. It's your system, and it should fit how your business already runs. Tell us what you're working with early and we'll build around it.

Tell us what you need built

If you've already spotted the job, the next step is a proper scope. Tell us what you want to automate and how it needs to work, and we'll be in touch within two working days. Straight to Ben, and we'll be honest about what's worth building.
